These Terms govern your use of showerdoorsofsrq.com (the "Site") and our text-messaging program, operated by Shower Doors of Sarasota LLC d/b/a Shower Doors of Sarasota ("SDoS," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Work we perform is governed by your signed estimate/contract; if it conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract controls.
1. Site information and online estimates
Content on the Site is general information. Prices from the online quote tool are estimates only for standard layouts; final pricing is confirmed after an on-site measurement and written estimate. Product photos, glass, hardware and finishes may vary. Availability, lead times and service areas (Sarasota and Manatee County plus Englewood) may change.
2. Our work and the DoubleSil method
SDoS uses the DoubleSil method for sealing; DoubleSil is a separate brand and not affiliated with or owned by SDoS. Shower enclosures are designed to be as watertight as possible, but no frameless enclosure is guaranteed to be completely watertight. Warranty terms, if any, are only those stated in your written contract.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, submit false information or someone else's phone number, upload unlawful content, scrape, or interfere with its operation.
4. Content you submit
You confirm you have the right to share photos and information you submit. You allow us to use them to prepare quotes and perform work. We will not publish photos of your home without your permission.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, logos, photos and text belong to SDoS or its licensors. Third-party marks (including DoubleSil) belong to their owners.
6. Text messaging terms
- Program: Shower Doors of Sarasota Text Messages. Two optional programs: (a) Service texts – replies to your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders and job updates; (b) Review request & follow-up texts – requests to review our service and occasional follow-ups, only if you separately opted in. We do not send promotional offers by text.
- Consent: You opt in by checking the box on our website forms (or by texting us / giving consent in writing). Consent is not required to buy anything. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number.
- Frequency: Service texts vary based on your project. Review request & follow-up texts up to 4 per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out: Text STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to stop all texts; you'll get one confirmation. Replying STOP to a review request or follow-up text stops those texts; to stop service texts too, reply STOP to a service text or tell us. 7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE SITE. Nothing here limits warranties or rights in your written contract or that cannot be waived under law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SDoS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of the Site, and our total liability for Site-related claims is limited to $100. This does not limit liability for our negligence in performing work, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Sarasota County, Florida, except either party may use small claims court. Nothing waives rights consumers have under the laws of their state of residence that cannot be waived.
