Clear Glass
The most common glass used in frameless shower enclosures. Standard clear glass contains natural iron, which gives it a subtle green hue—especially visible along the edges. It still allows plenty of light through, making it a popular and practical choice for most bathrooms.
Clear Glass (Low-Iron)
A premium alternative to standard clear glass, low iron glass has significantly reduced iron content, eliminating the greenish tint and providing a crystal-clear appearance. This allows for true color clarity and maximum light transmission, making it ideal for showcasing tile, stone, and high-end shower designs.
Frosted Glass
Created by acid-etching the exterior surface, standard frosted glass provides privacy while still allowing light to pass through. The inside surface remains smooth for easier cleaning. Because it's made from standard clear glass, the natural iron content gives it a more noticeable green hue, making the glass appear slightly greener compared to low iron options.
Frosted Glass (Low-Iron)
A premium frosted option made from low iron glass and acid-etched on the exterior surface for privacy, while the inside remains smooth for easy cleaning.
