Question 1

How much does a frameless shower door cost in Sarasota?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the opening, the glass thickness and finish, and the hardware you choose, so there is no single price. Every project is custom measured and quoted. Use our online estimator for a same-day price on standard layouts, or request a free estimate and we will respond within one business day.

Question 2

How long does installation take?

Accepted Answer

The on-site installation is usually finished in a single visit of a few hours, depending on the size and complexity of the enclosure. From measurement to install, most projects take about 2–3 weeks while the glass is fabricated by our Florida partners. We confirm the timeline with you when the order is placed.

Question 3

What is the DoubleSil method?

Accepted Answer

The DoubleSil method is how we install every shower door. Each drilled hole is double-sealed before the hardware is anchored, so water stays in the shower and out of your walls. It is standard on all of our shower door installations — sealed at every anchor.

Question 4

Should I choose 3/8" or 1/2" glass?

Accepted Answer

3/8" tempered glass is the most common choice for frameless enclosures and works with the widest range of hinges and sliding systems. 1/2" glass is heavier and gives a more substantial, high-end look, but it needs hardware rated for the extra weight and solid wall support. We will recommend the right thickness for your layout at the measurement.

Question 7

Do you offer frameless mirrors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We measure and install custom frameless mirrors, including vanity mirrors, full-wall mirrors, and antique mirrors, fabricated by our Florida partners. Edges can be polished or beveled, and framed options are also available.

Question 8

How do I care for my glass?

Accepted Answer

Rinse and squeegee the glass after showering and clean it with a non-abrasive glass cleaner; avoid harsh or gritty products that can scratch the glass or hardware finish. EnduroShield, an optional protective coating, makes glass easier to clean and reduces water spots and mineral buildup. Repair services are limited to work we originally installed.

Question 9

Are frameless shower enclosures safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use thick, tempered safety glass for superior strength and safety.

Question 10

What kind of glass do you use?
